Adrienna Matzeg is a Canadian-based textile artist whose punch needle embroidery transforms travel photography into vibrant, tactile compositions. She holds a degree in Photography from the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design, and her work has been featured in Colossal, The Globe and Mail, and STIRworld, gaining recognition among international collectors.
“The work comes from a fascination with the way diners hold a promise of warmth and comfort. I love how they make the ordinary feel a little bit magic. It’s that promise of familiarity for me, a constant when everything else feels uncertain. ”
