We create high-quality art prints in collaboration with handpicked artists from all over the world and sell these through a network of more than 500 of the world’s top design and lifestyle stores, and through our own online sales channels directly to consumers in more than 30 countries.
Job Description
We are growing and are accordingly looking for a new team member to develop and grow our wholesale customers in selected European markets. As our new Junior Sales Manager, you will become a part of a dedicated sales team based in Copenhagen.
Responsibilities and tasks
- Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships with existing and potential customers through phone calls, emails, and meetings.
- Drive sales activities to build the brand awareness.
- Identify leads and build pipeline of customers in all markets.
- Close collaboration with our Sales Team and monthly budget & KPI follow-up.
- Generate sales reports, analyse data and provide insights to the sales team to help drive Wholesales performance.
- Occasionally support customer service with inquiries, orders, and logistics.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Danish, English and preferably German or French or another third language.
- Preferably 1-2 years experience in a sales role and/or a sales/business relevant degree.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

The position as Marketing & PR Intern offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in both digital-, influencer marketing and PR and your responsibility will be to support Marketing with a focus on influencers. In this role you will assist and report directly to the Head of Marketing & PR and will be an essential part of the Paper Collective team in Studiestræde in the heart of Copenhagen.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop the influencer strategy for Paper Collective
- Run the influencer activations
- Assisting with day to day press office management
- Liaising with and answering enquiries from influencers
- Execute content production for digital marketing
- Managing the entire process of product lend outs
- Handling updates of media lists and contacts
- Assisting in organizing and executing events, campaigns etc.
- Monitoring SoMe and creating monthly PR reports including analysis
- Managing distributions
- Researching and performing writing tasks
- Updating image bank
- Taking on ad hoc tasks related to marketing
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Currently studying a degree within marketing or communications, PR, journalism or similar in which an internship is part of the education
- Excellent copywriting and verbal skills in English. Native speaking in Swedish, Danish or German is appreciated but not a must.
- Highly organized, proactive, detail- and deadline-oriented
- Result-driven capabilities and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

The position as Sales Intern offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in wholesale and your responsibility will be to support the Sales team with a focus on both small and large retailers around the world. In this role you will assist and report directly to the Head of Sales and will be an essential part of the Paper Collective team in Studiestræde, in the heart of Copenhagen.

- Execute and develop platform partnerships
- Execute datasheets for key partners
- Assist the wholesale team with ad hoc sales tasks
- Assist in organizing and executing events, trade shows etc.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Preferably studying a degree within sales, business or similar in which an internship is part of the education
- Good verbal skills in English. Native speaking in Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, French or German is appreciated but not a must
- Highly organized, proactive, detail- and deadline-oriented
