Inspired by a moment with Vienna’s Stadionbad during a long summer evening, Chaise by artist Ana Popescu celebrates the simple joy of soaking up the sun on a hot day. Characterized by a single chair in electric red, the composition utilizes a deliberately bold use of light and shadow, with dabbled shadows stretching across the green grass and bright blue sky. Bold yet relaxed, the artwork evokes lazy days spent by the pool.
