Ana Frois is a Portuguese artist, living and working in Coimbra, Portugal. She studied
architecture and has a master degree in Advanced Studies in Architecture. Since 2012, and after more than decade of architecture practice, she dedicated herself
exclusively to drawing and visual arts. In her work, Ana Frois explores the idea of the
register of the passage of time, as well as repetition, randomness, and error. To develop
her work, she resorts mainly on drawing, visual diary, artist books and installation.
