Finish designer and artist Reeta Laine presents her first collection for Paper Collective inspired by quiet moments reinterpreted through vibrant colours and soft compositions. Nasturtium presents a growing flowered vine in shades of green, punctuated by bold orange flowers. Created using dry pastel, Laine channeled her inner child when embracing the unpredictability of the medium.

Reeta Laine is a Finnish artist and designer known for balancing aesthetics and practicality in her work. She began her career in Copenhagen working for the Danish designer Nina Bruun and in recent years has worked independently from Tampere, Finland. While her focus is primarily on product design, she has also gained experience working in other creative fields such as graphic design and illustration. Reeta has a bachelor’s degree both in film and design. Her interest in both worlds is best shown in her artistic work, where framing and compositions are as important as form and color combinations.
