The abstracted form of an object in blue creates the centrepiece of Vessel 03 by Icelandic artist KristínSigurðardóttir. Composed through digital collage from hand painted paper, a simple blue vessel appears to be sliced into its parts, delicately stacked together to create an intriguing silhouette. Placed against a backdrop of neutral grey tones, the object stands out as a combination of organic yet rigid forms.
