Field by Swedish artist Jonna Valtner presents a Scandinavian landscape as it shifts between the seasons. Mottled snow and grass create a texture and depth matched by the sweeping clouds in deep and ominous tones. Created through the use of oil paint on canvas, a single figure walks in solitude - her muted clothing accentuating the deep reds and greens of the rolling hills surrounding her.
