Manuela Guidarini
Italy
Manuela Guidarini is an Italian artist and architect whose work explores the meeting point between geometry, materiality, and emotion. Guided by muted tones, quiet forms, and carefully layered surfaces, her paintings evoke clarity, calmness, and a gentle spatial sensitivity.
Her practice is rooted in the pursuit of the essential- a continuous balancing act of removing rather than adding, searching for the point at which the work feels complete in its most reduced form. This focus on refinement, atmosphere, and measured precision defines the character of her work. Manuela lives and works between Copenhagen and Italy.
“These works often feel like small spatial studies- simple constructions that respond to
their surroundings. My training teaches me to look for clarity and purpose in each gesture,
and to strip away anything unnecessary.”
